Shenghai Zhou is a Distinguished Associate Professor at CSU. He is a visiting scholar of the University of British Columbia (UBC) during 2016 to 2017. He receives his Ph.D. degree in Management Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2019. His research interests lie in data-driven optimization models and algorithms, with particular interests in appointment scheduling, operating room scheduling, healthcare (service) operations management, and sustainable supply chain management and others. His research works have been published in Production and Operations Management (UTD24,Top), European Journal of Operational Research, OMEGA, Computers and Operations Research, International Journal of Production Research, and other peer-reviewed journals. He participated in the research of National Natural Science Foundation of China (Key International / Regional Cooperation Project)(国自科重点国际合作项目)and National Natural Science Foundation of China (National Distinguished Young Scholar Award)(国家杰青项目). Currently, he serves as anonymous reviewer of NRL,EJOR, DS, TRE, COR,JORS,IJPE, etc.
