摘 要：We focus on one of the important purposes of digital strategy and thus explore the question of how digital business models come into being and how they develop over time. This topic is important for new ventures that create their first digital business model (Ghezzi and Cavallo, 2020; Zott and Amit, 2007) as well as for established firms that undergo digital transformation (Ross et al., 2017; Warner and Wäger, 2019). We integrate emerging and established research to develop strategies along the business model innovation-imitation spectrum. We discuss the basic principles and underlying mechanisms behind these strategies and conclude with a discussion of future research opportunities.
主讲人简介:
赵洋，英国阿斯顿大学副教授、博导。主要研究领域为商业模式创新、数字创新、质性研究方法。研究项目曾获British Academy, Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), UK Research and Innovation（UKRI）等机构资助。已在 Information Systems Journal, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Long Range Planning, Technovation, International Business Review等国际期刊发表多篇论文。担任Long Range Planning编委，Journal of Management Studies等多个期刊审稿人。与互联网、科技、医疗、制造行业的企业和组织开展广泛合作，建立双向知识交流。
