主讲人简介：

Erik Stam，荷兰乌得勒支大学教授、创业中心主任、开放社会战略研究主题机构创始董事会成员。于2018-2022年任乌得勒支大学经济学院院长，并（共同）创立了多个组织（包括乌得勒支创业中心、欧洲替代金融中心和创业生态观测基金会）曾在鹿特丹伊拉斯谟大学、剑桥大学、牛津大学、马克斯·普朗克经济研究所（德国耶拿）和荷兰政府政策科学委员会（WRR）任职，现担任FT 50期刊Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice编辑。Stam教授主要从事创新创业、创业生态系统、经济发展、区域发展、组织策略等领域的研究，是创业生态系统方面的领先学者，多次被地区、国家和国际各级政府（欧盟委员会、经合组织、G20）以及初创企业、投资者和公司咨询创新创业问题。在Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Research Policy, Journal of Business Venturing Insights, Small Business Economics, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, International Small Business Journal, Public Administration Review , European Planning Studies, The International Journal of Management Education, Journal of Evolutionary Economics等杂志发表专业学术论文及报告180多篇。

讲座摘要：

The entrepreneurial ecosystems approach has become prominent in science and practice. Entrepreneurial ecosystem data and metrics are an essential part of this approach. Based on recent European, Italian and Dutch studies we will provide answers to three questions: How can we compose harmonized data sets with which the quality of key elements of entrepreneurial economies can be measured? To what extent and how are the elements of entrepreneurial economies interdependent? How can we determine the quality of entrepreneurial economies?
