报告人：周声海，毕业于上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院，获管理科学与工程专业博士学位。读博期间获国家留学基金委（CSC）资助赴英属哥伦比亚大学（University of British Columbia）进行联合培养。曾参与博导的国家自然科学基金杰出青年项目，国家自然科学基金重点国际合作项目。作为主要参与人完成与华为公司合作的库存优化项目。目前为江西财经大学内聘副教授，青年学科带头人。从事于服务运营管理，调度优化，医疗运作管理等方面的研究。其研究成果（在线）发表在EJOR, OMEGA, COR等国内外权威期刊。荣获2019 Best Student Paper Award of POMS International Conference in China。担任Naval Research Logistics，Transportation Research Part E 等国际期刊匿名审稿人。

报告摘要：Appointment scheduling is commonly used by many agencies to provide consulting services, such as investment, dental care, and medical diagnosis or treatment. Through optimizing appointment schedule in advance, service providers could make full use of their working time and the customers can experience less waiting time. However, many uncertainties exist in appointment systems and all of them have a significant impact on system performance. In this talk, I will present how to deal with the uncertainties for different appointment systems, including single stage, multiple stage, and multiple server appointment systems. For those appointment scheduling problems, either some theoretical results are proved, or efficient algorithms are proposed.
