Research activities at our Business School are supported by strategic direction, research policy, and exceptional faculty, as well as by other competencies including a vibrant research environment, excellent research resources, and clear disciplinary research directions. Research Funding

At the Business School, research activities are funded by several sources, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science, Ministry of Education of the P.R.C,other central and provincial governments and institutes,our university and so on.

Consultancy

Our Business School strongly encourages and supports the pursuit of consulting projects that contribute to business solutions and policy-making at the international, national, and provincial levels. Since 2010, the Business School’s faculty members have collectively undertaken 192 consultancy projects sponsored by enterprises and other institutions. Among consultancy projects,45.6%were strategic management projects, 12.8% were finance investment projects, 16.1% were marketing consultancy projects, and 25.5% were other consultancy projects. Some of them are notable,for example the Ministry of Finance of China, the Provincial Government of Hunan, China Life (Hunan), China Mobile (Hunan),etc.
